What do we do with this information?

We will process your personal data to achieve the above purposes as follows:

  • We contact you in reply to your enquiry.

  • We record your details as a contact at our customer and use them to keep in touch with you regarding the contract.

  • We use your contact details as a customer to inform you of our other products and services unless you have opted out of marketing communications.

  • If we were to sell our business, we would transfer the personal data we hold to the buyer so they can continue to carry on the business on the same basis.

We do not pass your contact details to third parties for marketing purposes.

Who might we share your information with?

We will pass on your contact details to our suppliers and couriers who need to make deliveries to you; for example of vending machines, parts and consumables.

How long do we keep your information?

  • We will process personal data for up to [three months] after you contact us / for as long as is necessary to allow us to fulfil your contract.
  • Records of contracts are kept for up to 7 years in compliance with our legal obligations to maintain accounting and taxation records.
